We are now looking for a
Recruitment & HR Executive
to join our growing team in Noida.

To manage end-to-end hiring for The Mentors Circle / JTS Education — from sourcing candidates to onboarding and maintaining hiring pipelines for roles across departments (Digital, Counselling, Visa, Operations, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job ads on platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Internshala, etc.)
  • Shortlist and screen candidates for counselling, visa, and digital roles
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
  • Maintain candidate tracker and recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline, source effectiveness)
  • Prepare offer letters, joining forms, and maintain employee records
  • Assist with new staff onboarding and induction
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and send weekly reports to management

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and people-handling skills
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Google Sheets tracking
  • Basic HR documentation knowledge (offer letter, onboarding kit)
  • Highly organized and deadline-oriented

Qualifications

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree (preferred fields:
Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related discipline
)

Preferred:

  • MBA / PG Diploma in HR or Talent Acquisition (optional but an advantage)
  • Prior experience in
    education, recruitment agency, or service industry

Experience Required:

  • 1–3 years
    for Executive level
  • 3–5 years
    for Senior Executive / Recruitment Manager level

Salary Range:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 Per Month, Fresh HR graduates or early-career recruiters can also apply.
