Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida, for an HR IT Recruiter. The professional in this role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and hiring for technical roles, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying, screening, and engaging qualified IT candidates, maintaining a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring an efficient hiring process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
- Skilled in Hiring and Technical Recruiting
- Proven expertise in Recruiting practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and technology platforms is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Location: Spring Meadows Business Park, Block A61/B4, Sector 63,
NoidaExperience: 2–4 years
Immediate joiners preferred
Shift- 2PM- 11 PM IST

Requirements:
End-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing → screening → onboarding)
Strong understanding of tech skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
