About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Non-IT) to manage end-to-end hiring for Non-IT functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles such as Retail, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Source candidates using job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and HR interviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Assist with onboarding and other HR activities.

Requirements

  • Strong interest or prior experience in Non-IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Freshers with a strong learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.
