We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle — from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of hiring processes and the ability to find the right talent for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Manage job postings and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Support onboarding and other HR-related activities when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 Months - 2 yr. of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Workindia, Job Hai).
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
