Location: A-86, Block A, Sector 57, Noida
Experience: 2 – 4 Years
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and supporting HR functions to help build a strong workforce for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role specifications.
- Posting job openings on portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment database and generate reports as required.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Support HR initiatives and contribute to employer branding activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR software and ATS is a plus.
