Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven
HR Recruiter
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent.
  • Utilize multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract talent.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication with applicants.
  • Contribute to process improvements for efficient hiring practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months - 1 year of recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
