Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process for internships, fresher roles, and lateral positions.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
  • Support onboarding and documentation activities for new joiners
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
