Job Description: HR Recruiter Intern

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter Intern who will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities and support HR operations. The role includes measurable performance targets (KPIs) to ensure structured learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate coordination
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports
  • Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
  • Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
  • Handle day-to-day HR coordination tasks as assigned

KPI-Based Performance Metrics (Monthly):

  • Resume Sourcing: Minimum 80–100 relevant profiles sourced
  • Shortlisting Accuracy: 60–70% shortlisted profiles aligned with job requirements
  • Interview Scheduling: 25–30 interviews coordinated successfully
  • Candidate Follow-ups: 95% follow-up rate with shortlisted candidates
  • Offer-to-Joining Ratio: Minimum 60% joining ratio
  • Data Management: 100% accuracy in recruitment trackers and MIS
  • Turnaround Time (TAT): Candidate screening within 24–48 hours of resume receipt
  • Communication Quality: Zero escalation due to miscommunication

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / pursuing graduation or post-graduation (HR preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle (training provided)
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt
