Location : Noida sector-63

Stipend : ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Timings: 09:00AM-06:00PM

Job Type: Internship (Full-time)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for freshers or students pursuing HR who want hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, nd coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, job postings, and recruitment trackers.
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new employees.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Manage HR operations tasks such as attendance tracking, file management, and updating HR MIS.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, coordinate, and complete tasks on time.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility:

  • Recently completed MBA / BBA / BA (HR) or related discipline.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Must be able to commute to Noida Sector-63 daily.
