Purpose of the Role:
To enable the organization to increase market share in South India Market
HLE Glascoat is Indias pioneer in Filtration & Drying Equipment, holding a 55% market share. Our equipment is installed in over 1,000 chemical and API manufacturing companies. Founded in Maroli, Navsari district, HLE Glascoat has grown into a 1,000+ Cr company with manufacturing facilities in Maroli, Silvassa, Anand, Mumbai, and Germany. - Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in South India
- Build and maintain relationships with top leaders at the customer side
- Conduct marketing campaigns

Sales, Profit, Collections and Market share
Non-negotiables
- 15+ years of Sales Experience
- 7+ years of Sales Experience to Chemical and Pharma companies
- Engineering Degree Mechanical or Chemical + MBA from reputed institutes
- Strong network with commercial and technical leaders in the Chemical and Pharma companies
- Previous experience must be in selling high value proposition and differentiated products with premium selling prices (not commodities)
