  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in South India
  • Build and maintain relationships with top leaders at the customer side
  • Conduct marketing campaigns

Sales, Profit, Collections and Market share

Non-negotiables

  • 15+ years of Sales Experience
  • 7+ years of Sales Experience to Chemical and Pharma companies
  • Engineering Degree Mechanical or Chemical + MBA from reputed institutes
  • Strong network with commercial and technical leaders in the Chemical and Pharma companies
  • Previous experience must be in selling high value proposition and differentiated products with premium selling prices (not commodities)
