Job Title:
HR Executive – Operations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate attendance and leave data for payroll input.
- Ensure salary components, deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS), and reimbursements are correctly calculated.
- Handle payroll-related employee queries promptly.
2. Time Office & Attendance Management:
- Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave records.
- Generate attendance reports and share with management as required.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
- Ensure compliance with working hour regulations.
3. Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.):
- Maintain employee records for PF & ESIC eligibility, nominations, and UAN activation.
- Coordinate inspections/audits by statutory authorities and maintain compliance documentation.
4. HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee master database (HRIS).
- Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, absenteeism).
- Manage employee confirmation, transfers, and separations process.
- Support in drafting HR letters – appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving, etc.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries regarding payroll, attendance, and benefits.
- Support grievance redressal for time office/payroll-related issues.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR/Management (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance in a manufacturing/service setup.
