Position: Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and statutory compliance
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement impactful HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead employee engagement, performance management, and development programs
  • Ensure HR policies and practices create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR functions (experience in HR services or consulting preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance requirements, and labor laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and thrive in a fast-growing team setting
