Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Rajkot. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated area, including managing and leading a team of sales representatives. Daily tasks include developing sales plans, setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will be expected to meet sales targets, prepare sales reports, and provide market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Sales management, team leadership, and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and setting sales goals
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is Must.
