Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Growth Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Growth Executive will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance company growth. Daily tasks include networking, meeting with potential stakeholders, presenting solutions that address client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure shared success. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be key to succeeding in this role.

  • Business Development, Relationship Building, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Lead Identification experience
  • Proficiency in Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Strategic Thinking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in client management and corporate engagement is preferred
