What You'll Do
- Take full accountability for
new signups
across Associate and Bachelor programs. - Lead and own channels: performance marketing, influencer/community. Every channel should move the signup needle.
- Operate with data first: optimize CAC, ROAS, etc. Weekly dashboards, full funnel ownership.
- Work closely with academic, content, and student success teams to ensure alignment: curriculum relevance, coaching, student support — all feed into conversion and retention.
- Scale and systematize build engines, not one-offs — adaptive campaigns, referral programs, global reach.
Who You Are
- 8-12 years of growth / marketing experience in high growth startup or edtech companies, preferably with online/distance education or degree programs.
- A track record of
owning a number
: signups / revenue — not just "marketing KPIs." - Mastery of performance marketing + community/influencer strategies + partnerships.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with dashboards, attribution, experimentation.
- Mission-aligned: you believe in quality education, global impact, ethics, and human-centered AI.
