Job Title: Business Development Executive – B2B, International, Tenders & E-commerce
About Us: At Urbanite, we're building one of India's most ambitious luggage and bags brands. Backed by our parent company SYB (established in 2020), we've already partnered with leading names such as VIP Industries, Flipkart-Myntra (Metronaut, Wrogn, Killer), Arctic Fox, Nasher Miles, and others.
With two manufacturing units in Nashik, Maharashtra, we produce over 50,000+ bags monthly and are among the very few CSD-certified manufacturers for the Indian Army Canteen Stores Department (CSD).

Job ResponsibilitiesDomestic Sales (Retailers & Wholesalers)
- Call and convince retailers, distributors, and wholesalers across India to purchase Urbanite products.
- Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into orders.
- Build and maintain long-term retailer relationships for repeat orders.
International Buyers & Exporters
- Connect with international buyers (importers/exporters) using company-provided data.
- Share catalogues, samples, and pricing with potential buyers.
- Assist with export-related documentation and follow-ups.
Government & Private Tenders
- Track tenders on government (GeM) and private portals related to luggage and bags.
- Coordinate internally for tender submissions and maintain a tender tracker.
Corporate & Institutional Sales
- Identify and cold call/message corporate clients for festive gifting and bulk orders.
- Share proposals, close deals, and build long-term corporate relationships.
E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & Others)
- Check daily orders, returns, and cancellations from e-commerce platforms.
- Download order reports and coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team.
- Monitor stock levels and update management when replenishment is required.
- Report platform-related issues (penalties, delays, low stock alerts) on time.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain call logs, sales trackers, tender updates, and e-commerce reports in Excel/CRM.
- Share daily/weekly reports with management on activities and performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align offers and campaigns with sales targets.
- Collect client feedback and communicate product/service improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or telecalling. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English a must; regional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable with cold calling, cold messaging, and handling objections.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn E-commerce portal basics (Amazon, Flipkart dashboards).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow with the company.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹17,500 – ₹26,000 per month (based on experience).
