Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage potential members, explaining the benefits of LVB India’s networking platform.
- Achieve sales targets by onboarding new members and upgrading existing memberships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and execute sales strategies.
- Attend networking events, webinars, and business meetings to represent LVB India.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or networking (freshers with strong sales skills are welcome).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus.
