Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (calls, networking, social media)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable products/services
  • Create and execute business development strategies to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related field)
  • Proven experience (1–5 years) in Sales / Business Development / Marketing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
