Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Bangalore

Department: Business Development / Sales

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Head of Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our business growth. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and assisting in driving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Assist in creating and presenting proposals, pitches, and business solutions.
  • Support the sales team in meeting revenue and client acquisition goals.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect information.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on business development activities and progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any degree related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (freshers may apply depending on company).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated
