Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Associate with proven sales experience in the construction industry to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating business within the real estate/construction domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the residential and commercial construction sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, architects, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement lead-generation strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, client data, and regular reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Minimum 2–4 years of sales/business development experience in the construction industry (residential/commercial projects).
  • Strong client network in Bangalore's construction/real estate sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
