Job Title: Sr. Business Development Executive (IT Services Sales)

Mode of Work: Work from Office
Shift: 5:00 PM-2:00AM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sr. Business Development Executive (BDE) with 5+ years of proven success in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of generating leads, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals in the international IT services market, including custom development, AI, cloud services, and remote team building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain (Web/App Development, AI/ML, Data Engineering, etc.)
- Execute outbound sales strategies: cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and calls to engage with VP/CXO/Director-level prospects
- Own and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to qualification.
- Set up meetings, deliver engaging presentations, and follow up on proposals
- Understand client needs and work with internal solution teams to deliver tailored pitches
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Promote IT Resource Outsourcing services, including dedicated developer hiring, contract-based engagements, and building long-term remote teams for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in inside sales, mandatory in the US-based market.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
- Flexibility to work US hours to align with the target market.
