About the Role
We are seeking energetic and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our EdTech growth team. The BDE will be responsible for student outreach, partnership building with colleges, and promoting our digital learning programs across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 1-hour product demos and presentations to students, parents, and colleges.
Generate leads through field visits, online outreach, and referral networks.
Build strong relationships with colleges, institutions, and training centers.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain daily reporting on CRM and follow-up pipeline.
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
Ensure excellent product knowledge and pitch delivery.
Qualifications
Any degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Willingness to travel locally within Telangana & AP

About the Role
We are hiring experienced Business Development Managers to lead and drive the expansion of EdTech operations across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The BDM will handle a team of BDEs, oversee regional sales strategy, and establish strong academic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 10–15 BDEs and ensure target achievement.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies for EdTech programs.
Build high-level partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporate training partners.
Conduct periodic training, performance reviews, and field support for the BDE team.
Present business proposals to educational institutions and stakeholders.
Manage weekly reporting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
Represent the company at educational fairs, seminars, and events.
Identify new market opportunities across districts in Telangana & AP.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
2–5 years of sales or business development experience (EdTech experience is a plus)
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh
Experience managing a sales team is highly preferred
