Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the US and European markets within SaaS, FinTech, EdTech, HealthTech, and Enterprise Tech domains.
  • Execute targeted email marketing campaigns, personalized outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct cold calls to understand client QA challenges and introduce Optimworks solutions.
  • Perform LinkedIn lead generation using Sales Navigator for connections and message sequences.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and pipeline data.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversions.
  • Track and report weekly KPIs such as open rates, responses, booked meetings, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or inside sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS.
  • Proven expertise with , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Excellent communication skills (US/UK English) both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales funnels, prospecting techniques, and lead nurturing.
  • Ability to research companies, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach Strategies.
  • Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working with measurable targets.
