Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, and online research
- Schedule appointments and product demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead databases and follow-up records
- Build rapport with potential clients and represent the brand professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion strategies
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of customer engagement and follow-up
- Familiarity with sales or financial services (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate
- Experience: 0–6 Years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- Comfortable with early morning shifts (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM) and (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
