Strategy & Operations Head (Founding Team Member)

What You'll Do

This isn't just another ops role. You'll:

  • Build Operations from Zero → One
    : Design processes, frameworks, and systems that keep the company running smoothly as we grow.
  • Run Programs & Projects End-to-End
    : Own timelines, costs, and quality for everything from prototypes to full-scale manufacturing.
  • Work Closely with Suppliers
    : Identify, onboard, and manage top-class vendors in sheet metal, fabrication, electronics, and beyond.
  • Bring Manufacturing Know-How
    : Ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and cost-effective.
  • Make Data Your Weapon
    : Track KPIs, monitor efficiency, and use insights to improve how we operate.
  • Solve Problems Daily
    : Move fast, figure things out, and fix issues before they become roadblocks.
  • Be a Builder, Not a Manager
    : Roll up your sleeves and get into the trenches with the team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–10 years in
    operations, supply chain, or program management
    , ideally in
    manufacturing/electronics/sheet metal/fabrication
    .
  • A
    network of reliable suppliers
    you can tap into from Day 1.
  • Strong program/project management skills (you love Gantt charts, but you also know when to just pick up the phone).
  • Data-driven, structured thinker who can simplify complex problems.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication chops.
  • Startup DNA → bias for action, thrive in ambiguity, and relentless drive to execute.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have built ops in a
    startup or fast-scaling environment
    .
  • Know Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks.
  • Have hands-on experience with ERP systems, inventory management, or digital manufacturing tools.
