Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new B2B leads across assigned verticals (corporate L&D, colleges, training partners) to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns; convert inbound leads and nurture outbound prospects to demo stage.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, solution demos with product teams, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
- Coordinate with Delivery and Customer Success to design customised proposals and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets while maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform pricing, product enhancements, and go-to-market strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within EdTech or SaaS environments
- Strong lead-generation and cold-calling experience with measurable conversion outcomes
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and pipeline management
- Skilled in proposal writing, commercial negotiation, and closing deals
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern outbound outreach techniques
- Comfortable working On-site in India with regular field/client visits
Preferred
- Experience selling to corporate L&D, higher-education institutions, or digital learning partners
- Exposure to SaaS pricing models and enterprise procurement processes
- Advanced Excel skills for sales reporting and forecasting
