We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team while driving business growth.
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, building strong client relationships, and working closely with leadership to align business goals. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for a motivated professional with proven success in real estate sales and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage the performance of the sales team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
- Set sales goals, monitor KPIs, and provide regular performance feedback
- Identify new business opportunities and foster strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and campaigns
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in real estate transactions
- Participate in high-value negotiations and close major deals when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of real sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics
