About the Role- We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years' HR experience to handle day-to-day operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and attendance systems.
  • Support payroll processing and address employee queries.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, letters, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate training & development programs to support employee growth.
  • Facilitate performance management cycles in collaboration with managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience (generalist/recruitment background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
