  • Support recruitment (calling, shortlisting, scheduling interviews)
  • Assist in preparation of HR policies, formats, trackers, and reports
  • Assist in HR consulting projects (PMS, audits, HR systems)
  • Support LinkedIn marketing & brand-building activities

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA HR fresher or 0–3 yrs HR/Recruitment experience
  • Good communication & MS Office/Google Docs knowledge
  • Enthusiastic, disciplined, eager to grow
