Job Summary
:
Policy Bazaar is looking for highly motivated International Sales Executives to join our growing team in Gurugram. This role involves handling international sales for our insurance products and services. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide detailed information about our products and services.
Assist customers in making informed decisions about their insurance needs.
Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling insurance products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-4 years in customer service or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree preferred.
Working Conditions:
6-day working week.
Salary range: LPA (plus incentives) depending on relevant experience
Requirement :-
Fluency in one or more Indian vernacular languages
Strong sales and communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Knowledge of insurance products (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
