Job Summary
:

Policy Bazaar is looking for highly motivated International Sales Executives to join our growing team in Gurugram. This role involves handling international sales for our insurance products and services. Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide detailed information about our products and services.

  • Assist customers in making informed decisions about their insurance needs.

  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling insurance products.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-4 years in customer service or sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree preferred.

Working Conditions:

6-day working week.

Salary range: LPA (plus incentives) depending on relevant experience

Requirement :-

Fluency in one or more Indian vernacular languages

Strong sales and communication skills

Basic computer literacy

Knowledge of insurance products (preferred)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
