Sales Manager

e are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive our software sales operations. The role involves managing a team of sales professionals, achieving revenue targets, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in software or SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the software sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
- Ensure CRM data is updated and accurate for all sales activities.

Pay: ₹245, ₹400,000.00 per year
