Sales Manager – Bangalore (ZGP)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business targets.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for effective lead generation and brand initiatives.
  • Oversee branch operations and ensure timely reporting to the head office.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

5. Achievement of individual sales targets

6. Maintaining conversion percentage at benchmark levels

7. Meeting client visit/meeting targets

8. Achieving cross-promotion goals

9. Ensuring zero pending follow-ups

10. Maintaining CQ scores

11. Meeting audit standards and KPI metrics

12. Maintaining discount percentages within limits

13. Ensuring same-day and full payment transactions

Required Candidate Profile:

14. Experience: 2 to 10 years in sales management

15. Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities

16. Technical Proficiency: Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table)

17. Languages: English, Tamil, and Kannada preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
