MAS Financial Services is a diversified retail financial services provider, started in 1988 and registered as an NBFC with RBI in 1995. The company offers financial services to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, and also provides loans for Two-Wheelers, Used Commercial Vehicles, Used Cars, Salaried Personal Loans, and Home Loans through its subsidiary. MAS focuses on the lower and middle-income groups in urban, semi-urban, and rural areas. With over 195 branches covering 13,500+ locations across multiple states, MAS has served more than 2,000,000 customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Bengaluru South. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage financial transactions, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include developing strategies for branch growth, managing staff, implementing policies, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Experience in financial services, sales, and customer relationship management
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the local market and community engagement is a plus
