Branch Manager

Overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and developing strategies to drive sales and profitability. Key responsibilities involve recruiting and training agents, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing the branch's budget, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Core responsibilities
- Operational oversight: Supervise the day-to-day operations of the real estate office and coordinate all branch transactions.
- Staff management: Hire, train, and manage real estate agents, providing ongoing coaching, support, and performance reviews. This includes motivating the team to achieve sales goals.
- Sales and business development: Develop and implement business and sales strategies to meet branch targets. This can also involve securing new property listings and clients.
- Financial management: Handle the branch's financial performance, including managing the budget, overseeing expenses, and analyzing financial reports.
- Compliance and risk management: Ensure the branch and its agents comply with all company policies and industry regulations. Support agents with complex agreements and prepare contracts.
- Client relations: Ensure high standards of customer service and help resolve any client complaints.
- Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on the branch's performance to senior management.
- Marketing: Assist in planning and implementing marketing initiatives for the branch.
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in hiring, training, and staff development
- A bachelor's degree in business is often preferred, along with significant real estate and management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
