Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Manager – HR Business Partner to lead HR and administrative functions for a large shopping mall. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and end-to-end admin operations. The ideal candidate should have strong HR expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and prior experience in retail/mall operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Staffing

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Implement recruitment strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Build a positive and engaging work culture through engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Address employee grievances and conflicts with fairness and transparency.
  • Maintain open communication channels to enhance employee satisfaction.

Performance Management

  • Oversee goal setting, appraisal processes, and development plans.
  • Coach and guide managers on feedback, performance improvement, and career development.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliances, and internal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.

Administration & Facility Management

  • Oversee daily administration: office management, facility upkeep, and procurement.
  • Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and lease arrangements.
  • Ensure cost-effective and smooth mall operations through effective admin support.

Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and build training plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate workshops, L&D initiatives, and training programs with external vendors and internal trainers.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, PMS, ER, and compliance.
  • Preferred experience in retail, mall management, or large facility operations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex HR operations with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
