Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Pune (Kharadi)

Reporting To: Head of HR

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our people agenda with business goals. The HRBP will work closely with department heads and leadership to build a high-performance, value-driven culture. This role blends strategy with execution across talent management, employee engagement, performance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnering

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related strategy and challenges

Align HR initiatives with business OKRs and growth roadmap

Drive change management and culture-building efforts

Talent Management & Development

Partner with hiring teams on workforce planning and recruitment strategies

Oversee onboarding, learning, and leadership development frameworks

Identify and groom high-potential talent and succession planning

Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as the point of contact for grievance redressal and conflict resolution

Design and execute employee engagement initiatives

Conduct stay interviews, pulse surveys, and exit analysis

Performance & Rewards

Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, appraisals, feedback)

Work with compensation team on benchmarking, bonus design, and C&B policies

Promote a transparent, merit-based work environment

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and code of conduct

Maintain HRIS records, data dashboards, and reports

Support audits, disciplinary actions, and documentation

Desired Profile

3–7 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years as an HRBP or in a similar generalist role

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred

Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and problem-solving ability

Hands-on experience with HR tools (Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, etc.)

Start-up mindset: high ownership, agility, and comfort with ambiguity
