Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune for a Human Resources Manager. The individual in this role will oversee daily HR functions, develop and implement HR strategies, and ensure alignment with the company's goals. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance evaluations, and company policy development. The HR Manager will also facilitate training initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management processes.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution techniques.
  • Experience with Compliance Management, Labor Laws, and HR Policy Development.
  • Skills in developing and implementing Training Programs and Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR-related software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
