Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer, located in Pune. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and hiring. Daily tasks include overseeing HR systems, maintaining employee records, facilitating employee engagement, etc.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations skills
  • Experience in developing HR Policies and Hiring
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the HR field is a plus
