To provide expert HR support and advice - coach, support, and offer guidance to all stakeholders on applying HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice and coaching to stakeholders on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Translate business requirements into effective HR strategies aligned with corporate and departmental goals.
- Support managers in handling complex employee cases including performance, attendance, and disciplinary issues.
- Drive change management initiatives in support of organizational projects and transformations.
- Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Champion health and well-being initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Contribute to Learning & Development activities by identifying needs and supporting training programs.
- Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and trust.
- Manage HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Progressive HR experience, preferably in IT Services
- Experience managing HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India
- Exposure to HR COE functions (Talent, L&D, Rewards, ER, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance
- Proven experience in HR project management and change initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel domestically as required
