Key Responsibilities:Menu Development & Nutrition

  • Design and develop innovative, nutritionally balanced menus for healthy meal plans (low-calorie, high-protein, keto, vegan, etc.).
  • Collaborate with nutritionists and dietitians to ensure meals meet specific dietary guidelines and calorie targets.
  • Regularly refresh menus based on seasonal produce, market trends, and customer feedback.

Operations & Kitchen Management

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations ensuring consistency, hygiene, and quality across all production units.
  • Implement standardized recipes, portion control, and food safety procedures.
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure timely meal preparation and dispatch.
  • Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

Quality, Hygiene & Compliance

  • Enforce strict adherence to FSSAI standards and HACCP guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits on food quality, storage, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure all meals meet brand standards in presentation, taste, and nutritional value.

Innovation & Brand Development

  • Stay updated on global healthy eating trends and integrate them into menu innovation.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives through food photography, product launches, and tasting events.
  • Collaborate with management for new outlet setups and scaling production models.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of professional kitchen experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of nutrition, portioning, and calorie management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
