We're Hiring – Paid Search Specialist (Meta Ads)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Paid Search Specialist (Meta Ads) to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to achieve client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta platforms to meet client objectives (lead generation, e-commerce, brand awareness).
  • Conduct thorough audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword strategy to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and implement optimizations to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design ad creatives, copy, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Track and report on campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search and social advertising.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns on Meta platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Power Editor, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency and handling international campaigns is a plus.

Location- Dwarka Sec-12, Delhi

Experience-3+ years in paid social advertising, preferably with a focus on Meta Ads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
