We're Hiring – Paid Search Specialist (Google Ads)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Paid Search Specialist – Google Ads to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Google Ads campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns for various clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaigns to achieve goals such as lead generation, e-commerce sales, or brand awareness.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, search advertising, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or on international projects is a plus.
  • Google Ads certification preferred but not mandatory.
