Job Title: Search Engine Specialist (Google Ads)

Location: Dwarka Sec-12, Delhi (On-site-Delhi candidates preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Search Engine Specialist with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency, with expertise in lead generation and e-commerce business models.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of paid search strategies, and the ability to optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube) campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to enhance ROI.
  • Create ad copies, A/B test creatives, and optimize landing pages for better conversions.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend across campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Digital agency experience is a must.
  • Proven success with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Delhi-based candidates are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
