About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will play a key role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the simulation and healthcare training domain. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, target-driven, and passionate about business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Present and promote ONE Simulation's products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and lead generation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in EdTech, Healthcare, or Simulation industry.
- Knowledge of digital sales strategies and online lead generation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
