About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will play a key role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the simulation and healthcare training domain. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, target-driven, and passionate about business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Present and promote ONE Simulation's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and lead generation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in EdTech, Healthcare, or Simulation industry.
  • Knowledge of digital sales strategies and online lead generation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
