About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, nurturing prospects, conducting follow-ups, and assisting in closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, persuasive, and customer-focused, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle initial communication with prospective clients through calls, messages, or emails.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services/products effectively.
- Schedule meetings or demos and coordinate with internal teams if needed.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to keep them engaged.
- Support in negotiations, proposals, and final deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and status updates using CRM tools.
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development to strategize and execute lead conversion plans.
- Attend events, exhibitions, or client visits if required.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
- A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a business environment.
Education:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Candidates with other educational backgrounds but strong BD skills are also encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
