managing the sales funnel

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers
    by making outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing efforts.
  • Understand user needs
    and explain how BluPack's services can benefit them and their families.
  • Educate customers
    about our healthcare solutions and address their questions.
  • Track and analyse sales data
    to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams
    to enhance customer engagement.
  • Increase Customer Retention
    amongst existing users.

Qualifications

  • Strong
    communication and listening skills
    .
  • A
    self-motivated, goal-oriented
    approach to work.
  • Ability to
    work independently
    while being a team player.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
    .
  • Interest in
    sales and healthcare technology
    .
  • Experience in a similar role of
    about 3-5 years
