We are seeking an
energetic and motivated SDR
to support our mission.
This is a full time role that involves
managing the sales funnel
.
This opportunity is located in
Mumbai
.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers
by making outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing efforts. - Understand user needs
and explain how BluPack's services can benefit them and their families. - Educate customers
about our healthcare solutions and address their questions. - Track and analyse sales data
to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead conversion rates. - Collaborate with internal and external teams
to enhance customer engagement. - Increase Customer Retention
amongst existing users.
Qualifications
- Strong
communication and listening skills
. - A
self-motivated, goal-oriented
approach to work. - Ability to
work independently
while being a team player. - Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
. - Interest in
sales and healthcare technology
. - Experience in a similar role of
about 3-5 years
