Role & responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Experience

  • Greet and engage customers in a courteous, professional, and personalized manner.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge, including craftsmanship, material quality, and brand story.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs to recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently to ensure total satisfaction.
  • Maintain an inviting and luxurious store environment aligned with brand standards.

Sales & Operations

  • Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs through upselling and cross-selling premium merchandise.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Support inventory management: tagging, replenishment, stock checks, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and purchases in CRM systems for follow-up and relationship management.

Brand Representation

  • Uphold the brands image through impeccable grooming, communication, and product presentation.
  • Participate in brand training sessions to stay updated on new collections and service protocols.
  • Ensure consistency in delivering a world-class customer experience aligned with premium retail standards.

Preferred candidate profile

The Senior Customer Service Associate will be responsible for delivering a superior shopping experience to customers in our CAT Merchandise retail store premium product segment. This role requires a service-oriented, polished professional who understands the nuances of luxury retail and can effectively represent the brands image, values, and product excellence.
