Collaborate with marketing, CRM and other departments to execute sales campaigns and initiatives effectively.

Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with legal requirements, licensing regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.

Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance the team's effectiveness.

Job Specification:
