Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include client meetings, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and market analysis. The role also involves leading and motivating the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interiors, construction, or real estate.
  • Strong network within the interior design and construction industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-value projects and clients with professionalism.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
