Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Collaboration with other departments to align goals and drive overall business growth will also be integral to this role.

  • Experience in sales strategy development, business planning, and market analysis
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide the sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the home decor, construction, or luxury materials industry is a must
